Biography
Pamela Thorbs has been a Judicial Assistant to the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson since October 2012. Pamela began her career with U.S. Pretrial Services as a Clerk in Miami, Florida. She relocated to Sacramento, California, and continued her career with U.S. Probation as a Clerk and Procurement Specialist for 10 years. Furthermore, she relocated to Virginia and continued her career with U.S. District Court as a Procurement Administrator. Pamela received her Associates Certificate of Achievement and Associates Arts Degree in Criminal Justice at Solano College. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management at AIU University, and her Paralegal Certification Certificate at Old Dominion University.
Pamela has three sons, a daughter-in-law, and seven grandchildren (two boys and five girls). Pamela enjoys overseeing her jewelry business, making crafts, traveling, and spending precious time with family.
